The Fyffes Fast Break Basketball Club runs a coach mentoring programme in partnership with Greater Warwickshire Sport.

This programme is led by Fyffes Fast Break Basketball Head Coach, Rob Bromfield and Laura Cooke, Coach Development Officer for sports coach uk.

The Coach Mentoring programme has been put in place to broaden the coaching structure of the basketball club with these young coaches being an integral part of the coaching team assisting and leading parts of sessions under strict supervision and guidance from Senior Coaches.
